New Years is almost here and I bet you're all preparing for a great night. I think food is one of the most important things on New Years...I don't quite know why...but then again I always think food is important :) I have always loved to cook...and especially for family & friends. I get such pleasure, from watching the smile on someone's face while they get their taste buds satisfied.
Chocolate is almost always a winner and this year I have decided to make a rich and dark chocolate cake for dessert. The recipe is from Sweet Pauls Holiday Magazine

. I made a test bake of it the other day where I used 70 % chocolate, so its quite a strong flavored cake, but it is a beautiful tasting cake. I'm going to serve it with sour creme and raspberries. This is probably one of the best chocolate cakes I have ever tasted. /Annika
