GREEK YOGURT W. RASPBERRIES & WALNUTS

Greek yogurt has become one of my favorite foods and I always have some in the fridge. I use it for dessert, afternoon meals or for dipping such as tzatziki. One of my favorites is this fast and easy made dessert. All you need is Greek yogurt, raspberries (frozen is fine), honey, brown sugar and walnuts

If you are going on a picnic, make this dessert in a jar and seal with a lid. Bring two spoons and you'll be having a tasty and easy to enjoy treat in any romantic spot you choose.

Hope you're enjoying your weekend.

ROADSIDE BOUQUET

Don't you just love finding beauty in all of life's little details? I really think sometimes, that I prefer junk to any new gadget or fancy object. Don't get me wrong, I love technology and things that simplify my everyday tasks, but I get such a serene happy feeling when finding beauty in nature’s simplest creations and from creating something functional from scrap pieces. Like this beautiful little roadside bouquet. How is this not perfection? I'll gladly take a bouquet of wild flowers over expensive genetically modified flowers any day :)

May your day be filled with beauty.

DIY: CHAIR FLOWER POT

Hello everyone. Hope your week is fantastic? Today I have this very easy and fun project you can make for your garden or balcony. It's a flower pot made from a chair and it will definitely add some cool atmosphere to your garden. All you need is an old chair, a pot and some plants or flowers.

Instructions:

Take your pot and place it upside down on the seat of the chair. Trace with a pen around the edge. Draw another smaller circle inside the first one, about a centimeter closer to the center. Use a jig saw and cut along the smaller circle. Fill your pot with flowers; place it in the chair and…voilá.

Have a great day!

COLOR PALETTE WEEK 24

We wish you a wonderful start to a new week.

ITALY: LUCCA & CINQUE TERRE

I love traveling and experiencing new places and I find huge inspiration in learning about other cultures. I have always had a soft spot for architecture, food and smaller places that allows you to enjoy both nature and culture. A couple of years ago I visited Lucca in Tuscany, which was my first trip to Italy.

Lucca was, to me, a perfect place to be. You'll find lots of great food and beautiful architecture right at your feet, while the mountains and the coast are only a short drive away. Florence and Pisa are also very close and the magnificent Cinque Terre will absolutely be worth your while.

Cinque Terre, "The five lands", is composed of five villages built into a steep hillside. You can walk between the villages, while enjoying the breathtaking views of this piece of Italian Riviera. I have never in my life seen such a colorful place like Cinque Terre. It was like a painting.

Have a beautiful Sunday
